Lumee started because I couldn’t find a play mat I wanted in my home.

Not one.

Everything felt too loud, too bulky… or just didn’t suit.

I didn’t want something I had to pack away every time someone came over.

I wanted something that looked good sitting in my living room — but still did its job properly.

So I found something that did both.

Before Lumee was online, I was taking these mats to markets. Loading the car, early starts, talking to other mums who were saying the same thing I’d been thinking.

“I just want something nicer.”
