Products & Intended Use

Lumee products are designed for supervised, floor-based play only. They are not sleep products and should never be used without active adult supervision.

You are responsible for ensuring safe and appropriate use in your home.

Preorders

Some Lumee products are offered on a preorder basis.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The product is not yet in stock
• Estimated shipping dates are provided in good faith and may change
• Delays may occur due to production, freight, or customs

Payment for preorders is taken at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Preorders are final once production has commenced and are not eligible for cancellation for change of mind.

Pricing & Payments 

All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Orders will not be processed until payment has been received in full.

Product Variations

We reserve the right to make minor updates to materials, colours, or design details where necessary. These changes will not affect the overall function or quality of the product.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Lumee and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability
