We want you to love your Lumee order! If for any reason you’re not completely happy, here’s how returns and exchanges work.

Australia

• Returns accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method once we receive the returned item.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

International Orders (United States, Canada, New Zealand)

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Duties, taxes, or customs fees cannot be refunded.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item reaches us.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping option for international returns.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
• We will provide instructions for a replacement or refund, including shipping costs if applicable.
