What is a preorder?
A preorder allows you to purchase a Lumee product before it is ready to ship. This helps us produce thoughtfully, reduce waste, and create only what is truly wanted.
What to expect
When you place a preorder:
- Your order is secured ahead of release
- Payment is taken at checkout
- Your product will ship once production is complete
Estimated shipping timeframes are listed on the product page and provided in good faith.
Shipping timelines
Preorder shipping dates are estimates only and may change due to:
- Production timelines
- Freight and customs
- Unforeseen delays outside our control
If timelines change, we’ll keep you updated via email.
Orders with multiple items
If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together once the preorder item is ready, unless otherwise stated.
Can I cancel or change my preorder?
Because preorders are produced specifically to meet demand:
- We do not accept cancellations for change of mind
- Refunds are not available once production has commenced
